Links UAE is currently seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join its recruitment division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, with prior exposure to the recruitment or staffing industry being highly preferred.
This role is focused on expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth within the UAE recruitment market. The candidate should be confident in client communication, negotiation, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for successful placements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Recruitment or staffing industry experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
