Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fertility sector by researching market trends, attending industry events, and proactively reaching out to potential partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, clinics, and corporate accounts to ensure a steady pipeline of quality referrals and ongoing collaboration.
• Promote fertility services through presentations, educational materials, and one-on-one consultations with prospective partners and clients.
• Achieve business growth targets by implementing sales strategies, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a healthcare or fertility services setting.
• Proven ability to build lasting professional relationships and negotiate partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
