Description:
Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its expanding healthcare team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for professionals with GCC healthcare industry experience who are passionate about building strategic partnerships and contributing to business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with corporate clients and insurance providers, and promoting the medical centre’s healthcare services. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the organization’s client base.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients and referral partners.
• Promote healthcare services and customized healthcare solutions to corporate organizations.
• Develop strong relationships with insurance companies and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly business development goals and revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of GCC business development experience.
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical centre is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
