Business Development / Broker Relations Manager
This role is focused on driving business growth and strengthening partnerships with insurance brokers and corporate clients. The position plays a key role in expanding market presence and managing long-term commercial relationships.
Key requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or broker management within the UAE medical insurance market
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Production and Endorsement Executive
This role supports the complete insurance production cycle and ensures accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and compliance with UAE health insurance regulations.
Key requirements include:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UAE medical insurance operations or policy servicing
- High attention to detail, strong data accuracy, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
