Description:

A dynamic retail business in Dubai is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead its brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and retail operations. This role is ideal for a senior marketing professional with strong expertise in retail brand development and customer experience management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving brand positioning, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and optimizing retail performance through data-driven insights. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of enhancing brand visibility and ensuring consistent customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels.

• Oversee retail operations, SOP implementation, and customer experience standards.

• Monitor store performance, KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to improve ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8–10 years of proven experience in Retail Brand Management.

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and retail operations.

• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
