Job Description

The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic brand plans and manage allocated budgets
  • Drive brand availability, sales performance, and market share growth
  • Oversee brand advertising, promotions, PR, and media strategy
  • Conduct market research, analyze insights, and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor competitor activities and manage brand positioning
  • Lead packaging updates, new product development, and brand extensions
  • Manage brand costs, profitability, and monthly expenditure reporting
  • Supervise trade activations, promotional materials, and external agencies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management within the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years at management level
