Brand Manager

The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans and manage allocated budgets
- Drive brand availability, sales performance, and market share growth
- Oversee brand advertising, promotions, PR, and media strategy
- Conduct market research, analyze insights, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor competitor activities and manage brand positioning
- Lead packaging updates, new product development, and brand extensions
- Manage brand costs, profitability, and monthly expenditure reporting
- Supervise trade activations, promotional materials, and external agencies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management within the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years at management level
