HKx Associates is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Admin / Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records
  • Preparing financial reports and reconciliations
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Tracking and monitoring budgets
  • Maintaining and updating project trackers
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Managing professional email correspondence and communication
  • Providing general administrative support as required
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative support
