Le Gourmet at Galeries Lafayette, Dubai Mall is currently looking to hire a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join its growing Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, juices, and specialty drinks
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming guest experience
• Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards consistently
• Operate coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment efficiently
• Handle customer orders accurately and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the work area
• Replenish beverage supplies and assist with stock monitoring when required
• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Passion for coffee preparation and beverage craftsmanship
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Candidates currently based in Dubai will be considered
