We Are Hiring | Banker Specialist
? Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are looking for an experienced Banker Specialist specializing in Personal Loans, Corporate Credit Facilities, and Real Estate Mortgage Loans to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
? Key Responsibilities:
? Personal Credit Loans
• Evaluate and process personal loan applications (salary transfer & non-salary transfer)
• Conduct detailed credit assessments and risk analysis
• Review income documents, bank statements, and liabilities
• Structure loan proposals in line with bank policy
• Guide clients through documentation and approval process
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
? Corporate / Business Loans
• Analyze company financial statements and cash flow reports
• Assess working capital requirements and term loan needs
• Structure business loans, trade finance, and credit facilities
• Prepare credit proposals and risk evaluation reports
• Coordinate with credit and compliance departments
• Build long-term relationships with SME and corporate clients
? Real Estate & Mortgage Loans
• Handle residential and commercial mortgage applications
• Conduct property valuation coordination
• Assess borrower eligibility and debt-to-income ratios
• Structure home finance solutions (buy, refinance, equity release)
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations
• Follow up on property documentation and transfer procedures
? Requirements:
• Proven UAE banking experience in lending (Personal & Corporate)
• Strong knowledge of credit policies and risk assessment
• Experience in real estate mortgage financing
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Target-driven with strong sales capabilities
