Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification calls prior to activating customer plans.
- Handle billing-related calls and assist customers with billing clarifications.
- Make post-activation verification and welcome calls to customers.
- Carry out credit verification to confirm eligibility for mobile plans.
- Ensure accurate data management and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Basic understanding of telecom processes will be considered an added benefit.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- Good attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.
- Candidates with data analysis skills will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding their own visa.
