A company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of its automotive repair and maintenance workshop. This position is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing workshop activities and technical teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising repair operations, ensuring work quality, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining efficient workshop performance while meeting company standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise the daily operations of the automotive workshop.
• Lead, manage, and support the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor the quality of repair and maintenance work to meet company standards.
• Ensure all jobs are completed within the required timelines.
• Identify requirements for spare parts, materials, and external services.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts, equipment, and automotive services.
• Negotiate prices and service terms when necessary.
• Place orders for required spare parts and workshop materials.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an automotive workshop, service center, or related field.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager, Automotive Service Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Experience managing and supervising technical staff.
• Experience working with spare parts suppliers and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Spare parts sourcing and supplier coordination
