We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Specialist with a strong background in Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in preparing engineering drawings, construction documentation, and technical layouts for utility projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built documentation while coordinating with engineering and project teams. Candidates with UAE utility project experience and knowledge of water and wastewater systems are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and modify detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for water and wastewater projects.
• Develop shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate construction documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and engineering standards.
• Maintain drawing revisions and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review technical drawings and incorporate project updates when required.
• Support project teams with accurate drafting and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
• 6–7 years of experience as an AutoCAD Specialist or Drafter.
• Mandatory experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment or Public Utility Infrastructure Projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of engineering and construction drawings.
• Experience working on UAE utility projects is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Sewer Networks
• Water & Wastewater Pipelines
• Pumping Stations
• Public Utility Infrastructure
• Engineering and Construction Drawings
