Description:
Khansaheb Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services in Ajman. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise and leadership skills who can effectively manage operations while ensuring client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee facilities management activities, coordinate with technical teams and subcontractors, monitor service performance, and ensure maintenance operations meet established quality standards. Applicants should be fluent in both Arabic and English and be available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across assigned sites.
• Supervise technical teams and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
• Monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational requirements effectively.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and company standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in improving maintenance performance and service quality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience within the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience managing technical teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Available to join immediately.
• Strong knowledge of:
• MEP services.
• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• CAFM systems.
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
