Job Description

Job Purpose

Drive strategic operational performance across the area of operations by ensuring service delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth while building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of area-level operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  2. Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  3. Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics across operations area, using insights to drive improvements.
  4. Lead risk management initiatives, including risk assessments, audits, and proactive mitigation strategies.
  5. Ensure branch readiness through performance monitoring, resource allocation, and operational oversight.
  6. Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth in the zone area.
  8. Conduct periodic site visits and strategic engagement with potential and existing clients to understand their evolving needs.
  9. Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  10. Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and mentoring for branch staff and field officers.
  11. Oversee staffing plans, leave management, and disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies.
  12. Prepare and present strategic reports on branch performance, client satisfaction, operational risks, and growth opportunities to senior management.
  13. Analyze operational trends and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  14. Participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at business growth and operational excellence.
  15. Lead special assignments, investigations, and projects as directed by senior management.

Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Security Management, or equivalent.
  2. Strong knowledge of security operations and regulatory requirements.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting systems.
  4. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.

Experience

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations management, with proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
  2. Demonstrated success in client management, business growth, and operational excellence in a private security environment.
