Description:
MEPL International LLC is seeking an experienced Airfreight Operations Executive to join its Dubai office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in air export operations and freight documentation who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating shipment operations, and ensuring compliance with industry procedures. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day air export operations and shipment coordination.
• Prepare and process export documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with airfreight procedures and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in air export operations.
• Strong understanding of airfreight documentation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Calogi and Dubai Trade is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
