Palladium Properties LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong administrative abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain office operations, and assist with day-to-day business activities while ensuring efficiency and professionalism. Candidates who are fluent in both English and Tagalog are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for daily office operations.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and general administrative tasks.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other office activities.

• Assist different departments with administrative requirements.

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of company information.

• Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Tagalog is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong computer literacy and administrative abilities.

• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
