Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Male)

We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support our daily administrative operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced interiors and construction environment and possess strong coordination skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and process LPOs (Local Purchase Orders).
- Manage vendor registration and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain project records, reports, and administrative files.
- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Support daily office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordinator experience (furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Male candidates preferred.
