Job Description

Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining documents, and facilitating clear communication within the office. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks, calendars, and schedules.
  • Prepare, proofread, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Support team members with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and processing (if experienced).
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
