Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, calendars, and schedules.
- Prepare, proofread, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support team members with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing (if experienced).
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of payroll processes is an advantage.
