Admin Executive / Administrative Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day‑to‑day administrative activities and support efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and correspondence
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments
- Manage emails, calls, and office schedules
- Support management in daily operational activities
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Preferred
- Experience in the certification, inspection, or training industry
- Knowledge of documentation and client coordination
Compensation
Pay: From AED 2,500.00 per month
