The selected candidate will assist with daily administrative operations, maintain accurate records, support communication activities, and contribute to basic payroll and timesheet processing tasks. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and office support.

• Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to emails professionally.

• Assist with basic payroll tasks and timesheet processing.

• Maintain organized records and support daily office operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Support management with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

• Basic knowledge of payroll processes is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
