Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant UAE experience in administrative operations and office coordination.
Preferred OWN VISA/SPOUSE VISA female candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and office operations
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Coordinate with clients, staff, and management
- Manage filing systems and documentation
- Assist in HR and payroll-related tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus )
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- immediate joiners preferred
