Description:
NPOWA Solutions Pvt Ltd. is urgently seeking an Administration Staff member to be deployed at a client location in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for organized and responsible individuals who can provide administrative support and assist with daily operational activities.
The successful candidate will manage documentation processes, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Candidates with good English communication skills, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage gate pass documentation and related administrative procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders for daily operations.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and office coordination tasks.
• Ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Must own a car.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
