The Doris Duan-Young Autism Center (DDY) is a multidisciplinary center in Dubai Healthcare City. We are committed to delivering innovative, evidence-based programs and services, supported by industry-recognized credentials, accreditations, and certifications.
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking receptionist (Female) to join our team at our Autism Center, someone who is compassionate, professional, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

About the role:
- The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, performing administrative duties, and providing quality service.
- Will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments under the supervision of the Clinical Director, ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly and on time
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- At least 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and managing patient appointments
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Passionate and caring individuals who love to work with children
- Detailed-oriented, flexible, and team-working enthusiast
