Admin Officer

The Admin Officer keeps the engine room running. You will manage the day-to-day operations of TC4A\'s Nairobi HQ — office, vendors, travel, logistics, and team support — and provide administrative backbone to country teams across our markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Nairobi office: facilities, supplies, IT coordination, vendor contracts
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, and accommodation for staff and partners
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events — workshops, partner meetings, client visits
- Maintain organized records: contracts, MoUs, insurance policies, statutory documents
- Support HR administration: onboarding, leave tracking, contracts, staff records
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in coordination with Finance
- Manage procurement of office and program supplies; ensure value for money
- Support country offices with administrative requests as needed
- Provide executive support to the CEO when required
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 3–5 years in an administrative or office management role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating travel and logistics across multiple countries
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
