Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and immediately available Admin + HR + Accounts Executive to join our UAE-based team. This role requires a versatile professional who can efficiently manage office administration, HR operations, payroll processing, and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Handle HR operations such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative and financial duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Administration, HR, Payroll, and Accounts
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HR operations, office administration, and basic accounting principles
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Available to join immediately
