Hiring: Admin & HR Executive (Immediate Joiner) 🚨


We are currently looking for a proactive and motivated Admin & HR Executive with hands-on experience in administrative and human resources functions. This role is ideal for candidates who are available to join immediately and are comfortable managing both front desk duties and core HR responsibilities.

The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to administrative coordination and employee lifecycle management within a professional corporate environment.

Key Requirements & Skills:


• 2–3 years of experience in Admin and HR-related roles
• Willingness to handle front desk responsibilities alongside HR functions
• Proactive mindset with a practical, hands-on approach and eagerness to learn
• Working knowledge of basic Excel functions
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Hands-on experience across the employee life cycle
• Experience in recruitment coordination and candidate follow-ups
• Ability to maintain leave and travel reports, recruitment trackers, and monthly HR reports
• Experience in travel management and coordination
• Prior experience with JAFZA visa formalities will be considered an added advantage
