Job Title: Administrative & HR Support Specialist
We are seeking a professional to provide comprehensive administrative and HR operations support. In this dual role, you will coordinate processes, manage office activities, maintain systems, and ensure efficiency across both administrative and human resources functions. You will be responsible for front desk reception, visitor management, and a range of HR administrative tasks, contributing to a smooth and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & HR Operations Support – Provide integrated administrative and HR support by coordinating processes, managing daily activities, maintaining records and systems, and supporting overall efficiency. Handle combined admin/HR responsibilities with professionalism.
- Office Operations Support – Assist with office operations by maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth daily functioning. Support workflow and help maintain an efficient office environment.
- Administrative Tasks Management – Manage administrative tasks including organizing schedules, coordinating procedures, supporting execution, and maintaining orderly files. Facilitate administrative workflow and completion of duties.
- HR Administrative Support – Provide HR administrative support by coordinating processes such as onboarding, record maintenance, and compliance activities. Help achieve organizational objectives through efficient HR administration.
- Human Resources Operations – Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, organizing systems, coordinating procedures, and ensuring compliance. Oversee organized HR operations and manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Reception & Front Desk Support – Greet visitors, manage inquiries, direct communications, and maintain a professional reception area. Represent the organization positively and provide reliable front office support.
- Visitor Management – Manage visitor interactions by greeting appropriately, directing to the correct personnel, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting security protocols. Ensure a professional and welcoming visitor experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, HR operations, or a similar combined role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation for front desk and visitor interactions.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
