Description:

CitizenShip & Co. is expanding its team and is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support its daily business operations in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing immigration and global mobility advisory firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating documentation, supporting HR activities, and assisting with office operations. Individuals who are self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities will be well suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office administration and support daily operational activities.

• Handle client documentation, file management, and record maintenance.

• Provide HR support and assist with recruitment coordination.

• Maintain basic accounts and monitor expense records.

• Process government applications and company registration documentation.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

• Maintain organized records and efficient internal systems.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office.

• Google Workspace.
