Description:
Safe Stream Occupational Trainings is currently looking for a well-organized and responsible Admin Coordinator to manage daily operational tasks related to inspection scheduling, client coordination, and quotation preparation. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a structured and time-sensitive environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, engineers, and internal departments while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inspection schedules between engineers and clients in an organized manner
• Follow up with clients for confirmations, updates, and scheduling adjustments
• Prepare and send quotations accurately and within required timelines
• Maintain proper records of inspections, schedules, and client communications
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including accounts and operations
• Ensure smooth workflow between all departments involved in inspection processes

Requirements:
• Previous experience in administration or coordination roles preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience in inspection, certification, or technical services industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
