Description:

Delman Shipping is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to join its finance department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who have hands-on experience managing accounts payable functions and possess a solid understanding of vendor reconciliation and payment processes within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting payment operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Accounts Payable operations, including invoice verification, processing, and payment execution
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare payment schedules and monitor payment cycles to maintain timely settlements
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and accounting records
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable local regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related operations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounts payable workflows, vendor reconciliation, and payment cycles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on financial accuracy and compliance
