Description:
FounderX, a growing business services company based in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
The role requires strong expertise in bookkeeping, VAT filing, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Zoho Books. Candidates who are organized, proactive, and able to meet strict deadlines are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle VAT filing and compliance requirements
• Manage multiple accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and VAT filing
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
