A reputable organization based in Dubai is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant for a full-time position. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records accurately to ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy in billing details.
• Generate statements of accounts and actively follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Record supplier invoices and process payments within the company’s accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile other financial accounts as instructed.
• Assist in completing month-end and year-end closing procedures to support financial reporting.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance department when required.
• Prepare necessary documents and reports to support both internal reviews and external audits.
• Stay updated with fundamental accounting principles and best practices to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent educational background.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial information.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
