Accountant

Hiring: Accountant – Full-Time Opportunity in Dubai

A company based in Dubai is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Accountant to join its finance team. The organization is looking for a professional with strong UAE accounting experience who can effectively manage financial operations while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and reporting standards. This role is suited for candidates who possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with financial reporting and tax processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Tax regulations
• Experience in submitting tax returns and processing payments through UAE government portals
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• UAE Driving License will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and on time
• Generate MIS reports to support management decision-making
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Monitor budgets and perform expense tracking and financial analysis
• Conduct job costing evaluations and risk assessments
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations
