Job Description
Accountant – Hospitality Industry
Our client is hiring an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, reconciliations, and accounting operations within the hospitality industry.
About the Role
As an integral part of the finance team, you will ensure accurate financial management and compliance across hotel, restaurant, club, or F&B operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and filing
- Oversee inventory accounting and cost accounting processes
- Prepare revenue reconciliations and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports
- Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (e.g., tax, social security)
- Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing activities
- Maintain organized financial records and support audit requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- CPA qualification or progress towards professional certification
- 2–3 years of accounting experience specifically in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, club, or F&B)
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting & revenue reconciliation
- Experience in receipts, invoicing, filing & bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience in payroll, statutory compliance & financial reporting is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
- Preferably a female candidate with a professional and detail-oriented approach

- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

- Knowledge of local tax laws and statutory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication
