Job Title: Marketing Manager
About Bbrood
Bbrood is a dynamic brand dedicated to crafting exceptional coffee experiences. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to tell our story, protect our brand identity, and drive sales across both our physical shops and online platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Consistently develop strategies that tell the Bbrood story and safeguard the company’s brand identity.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including SEO, social media presence, and oversee the design and production of marketing materials for both online and offline channels.
- Sales Campaigns: Generate impactful, sales‑centric campaigns to increase footfall at the shops and drive sales on online platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct surveys to measure product performance and customer service, and report on campaign effectiveness to inform decision‑making.
- Customer Feedback: Handle online and offline customer complaints, maintain a record for reference, and share delivery platforms reports weekly for analysis.
- Cross‑Brand Synergy: Create marketing synergy between Bbrood and Stean’s (sister company) to elevate the coffee experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, combined with a learning attitude and willingness to grow.
- Creativity: Proven experience in creativity and leading cross‑channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate consumption.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a love for great and witty communication.
- Data‑Driven SEO: Good experience with data‑driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Education: BA/BSc degree in Marketing from a recognised institution.
- Mindset: Brings positive energy, enthusiasm, a can‑do attitude to the team, and the ability to operate in a dynamic office set‑up.
