Description:
Fluff and Stars is seeking an energetic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join its growing beauty and skincare team in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a rewarding career in the beauty industry while earning attractive commissions based on performance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in beauty, makeup, skincare, or personal care sales and be confident in customer engagement, business development, and outreach activities. Candidates who are proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and email prospecting to generate leads.
• Manage sales activities, distribution, and order fulfillment processes.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide product recommendations and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Beauty, Makeup, Skincare, or Personal Care sales.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, distribution, and fulfillment.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and email prospecting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.

• Beauty, skincare, and personal care product sales
