Description:
PERED is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join its finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to the financial management of a growing real estate development company while supporting strategic business decisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and VAT regulations. Candidates with experience in the real estate sector and professional finance certifications will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and business presentations.
• Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and business opportunities.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall profitability.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in the real estate or property development sector is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA are preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• VAT compliance, accounting standards, and ERP systems
• Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and project cost management
