Hoshi Gourmet Restaurant LLC is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Servers (Waiters and Waitresses) to join its growing hospitality team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in casual or upscale dining, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction. Immediate joiners are preferred, and applications are welcome from candidates of all nationalities. Hospitality professionals from South Africa are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with their selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in accordance with restaurant standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a casual or upscale dining restaurant.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
