Description:
Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support its 1st shift operations in the United States. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement, handling, and shipment of materials within the warehouse and production environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the facility, as well as preparing products for both domestic and international shipments. This position also requires maintaining accurate inventory records and working closely with the materials team to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse, plant, or worksite.
• Prepare and manually package materials and products for outbound shipments.
• Support domestic and international shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
• Collaborate with the materials team to ensure smooth import and export processes.
• Ensure all warehouse activities follow safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; additional technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or materials handling operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Packing, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Safety standards and material handling practices.
