Description:
The Legacy Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive knowledge of financial operations within the UAE real estate industry.
The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, reporting, and business analysis while supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management activities.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, WPS requirements, and other applicable financial laws.
• Manage payroll processing, sales commissions, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and analytical reports for senior management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining effective financial controls.
• Support business strategy by providing financial insights to improve profitability and operational performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance will be an advantage.
• 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• UAE VAT regulations, WPS compliance, and payroll management.
• Financial reporting, accounting operations, MIS reporting, and internal controls.
