Sales Team Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic seller who can lead from the front, drive results, and represent the MOMENTUM brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front – actively close deals when needed and set the example.
- Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to hit targets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Represent the MOMENTUM brand with excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales.
- Hands-on sales leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion ability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and disciplined.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to lead from the front and close deals when needed.
