Description:

A leading infrastructure project in Dubai is seeking an experienced Utility Engineer to join its engineering team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in utility coordination, diversions, and large-scale infrastructure works.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing utility-related activities across major infrastructure and road projects. You will work closely with authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and timely execution of utility works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage utility coordination and diversion activities for infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals and NOCs.

• Oversee utility works including water, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, telecom, and power systems.

• Ensure compliance with RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat/du, and other authority standards.

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support project teams in resolving utility-related technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or road projects.

• Strong knowledge of utility coordination and diversion processes.

• Experience working with water, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, telecom, and power utilities.

• UAE experience is mandatory (RTA project experience preferred).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of authority standards and NOC coordination.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Utility coordination and diversion works

• UAE authority standards and NOC processes

• Infrastructure and road project execution
