HOD Real Estates is looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role goes beyond traditional marketing and is designed for a professional who can generate quality leads, support sales conversions, and contribute directly to business growth within the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Dubai property market, buyer behavior, and lead generation strategies. Working closely with the sales team, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable results and support the company’s expanding portfolio of premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and sales growth.
• Generate high-quality leads and support conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze buyer behavior and property sales cycles to optimize marketing efforts.
• Implement marketing initiatives that contribute directly to business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate (preferred).
• Strong background in real estate marketing and lead generation.
• Proven exposure to sales or the ability to drive conversions.
• Deep understanding of property sales cycles and buyer behavior.
• Ability to work closely with high-performing sales teams.
• Strong execution, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Dubai real estate market experience is a strong advantage.
