Description:

Afaq Management is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, business development, and building strong relationships with clients while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. Individuals with excellent communication and negotiation skills who are ready to join immediately are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present company services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Promote company services and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with potential clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to build long-term client relationships.
