Join our growing team and be part of a compassionate healthcare admin support staff dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes and in our clinic. We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Coordinator with a strong healthcare background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HR operations in healthcare facilities and be familiar with DHA/DOH regulations and healthcare staff requirements.
About Us
We are committed to providing professional, patient-centered care across a wide range of home healthcare services. Our homecare team focuses on improving patient outcomes while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety prescribed by various accreditation bodies (CARF/ACI/JCI). We are also engaged in laser, cosmetic, and aesthetic services in our clinic.
Please note that the final salary offer may vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant work experience, and overall performance during the interview process.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in medical centers, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of DHA/DOH regulations and the healthcare licensing process
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferably Arabic speaking
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and staff affairs
- Handle recruitment and onboarding process
- Monitor staff licenses, visas, Emirates ID, BLS, and document expiry
- Prepare HR letters, reports, warnings, and official communications
- Coordinate with departments regarding staffing requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and company policies
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
