Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for digital and social media platforms, including promotional videos, interviews, event coverage, and product showcases.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure top-tier production quality.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards that align with brand strategy.
• Manage post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery in various formats.
• Stay updated on trends in videography, editing software, and social media content best practices.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software. Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment is essential.
• Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of content creation for digital and social media platforms.
• Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments will be considered an added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent storytelling, creative, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
