About the Role
Are you a dynamic, self-driven individual looking to make an impact in the FMCG industry? We are seeking a results-oriented Distributor Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in assigned territories. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring product availability while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads to meet targets and list new brands to the market.
- Ensure efficient operation across coverage, delivery frequency, drop size (volume sales), and planned route visits.
- Offer efficient customer service while collecting and sharing market intelligence.
- Ensure availability of all products and brands in outlets, and reconcile stocks and sales at the end of each day.
- Collect payments to ensure accurate and precise cashless transactions.
- Maintain the assigned tool of work in good condition.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
- K.C.S.E mean grade D+ and above, with a D (plus) in both Mathematics and English.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Must be a holder of a valid driving license class C and a motorcycle riding license class A.
- Self-disciplined individual with an up-to-date Certificate of Good Conduct.
