Description:

A prestigious luxury hospitality destination in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Sales Manager to join its growing team. This role focuses on promoting and selling exclusive hospitality experiences, including hotel packages, event services, dining experiences, and premium leisure offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, events, or hospitality-related roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving high-performance sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a world-class luxury destination in a fast-paced and international environment.

The role requires a confident professional who can build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and represent a premium brand in the luxury hospitality and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell luxury hotel products, event packages, and hospitality experiences

• Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality event experiences

• Conduct market outreach and networking to generate leads

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients

• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics

• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales promotion, events sales, hospitality, tourism, or related fields

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• UAE experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Hospitality and events sales strategies

• Customer relationship management

• Lead generation and conversion techniques

• Luxury brand service standards
