Job Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. You will work independently to build strong relationships with retail partners and ensure our products are well-represented in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and customers
- Drive sales through effective persuasion and product knowledge
- Conduct field visits to monitor inventory, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates
Qualifications
- Age: 23–40 years
- Education: Post-high school certificate or equivalent
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement
- Proven sales experience in the retail sector
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or beauty industry sales is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and field sales skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
