Our client is a rapidly growing men’s fashion retail brand known for its modern style and commitment to quality. As they expand their footprint, they are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead multiple locations, drive operational excellence, and build high-performing teams.
Position Overview
In this key leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across several stores, manage store managers and staff, and ensure that every location meets performance goals in sales, service, and visual standards. You will be the driving force behind consistent processes, strong team culture, and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support multiple store locations to ensure operational consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement action plans to drive revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize in-store experience.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and reporting to maintain high operational standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and buying teams on promotions, product launches, and store events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail or store operations management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong background in customer service, sales performance analysis, and staff supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement processes.
- Excellent reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, mature, and well-groomed demeanor.
- Honest, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
